GOVERNMENT GRANTED PROPERTY RESALE BY UAE NATIONALS
HIGHLIGHTS:
- This law is mainly applicable only in case of resale of government allotted properties to UAE nationals, by their legal heirs.
- As per this decree Sales of Residential Properties by heirs shall be governed by the provisions, procedures, controls and terms stated in this Decree.
- In order for the legal heirs or legal representative to do a sale of the Property they need to approach DLD with all requirement and procedures required by relevant departments.
- Once legal heirs approach DLD, DLD will enquire with other relevant and related authorities and study the case in detail.
